Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wuwei desktop application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Wuwei is an AI assistant that runs a large-language-model plus tool-execution loop in a terminal / desktop interface. Wuwei can connect to third-party model providers or to models you host yourself. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, credits and payments

Wuwei offers subscription plans and one-time credit packs. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period. Credits are consumed as you use paid features and are not transferable. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law or infringe others' rights;
  • generate or distribute malware, spam, or harmful, abusive, or illegal content;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • resell or misrepresent the Service.

5. Third-party services

The Service can route requests to third-party model providers you select or that we host. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its software are owned by us and our licensors. You retain rights to the content you input and, subject to these Terms and applicable law, to the outputs you generate.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important information before relying on it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
